Indie pop at its best

One moment, the artist Brockhoff presents familiar indie rock of the present. The next moment, memories of the 90s shimmer through – a time when grunge was almost mainstream and pop liked to polarise. Bands from this period such as Soundgarden, Foo Fighters, The Cardigans and the artist Sheryl Crow characterise the sound. At the same time, however, fragile songwriting and a vulnerable vocal attitude also flow into it, reminiscent of contemporary artists such as Phoebe Bridgers or Soccer Mommy.
