The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen / Beatrice Rana / Riccardo Minasi
Weber: Overture from »Der Freischütz« / Beethoven: Piano Concerto No. 3 / Brahms: Symphony No. 4
The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen stands for classics in fresh and radiant readings. Under the baton of their long-standing director, maestro Paavo Järvi, they are joined here by three star guests: Tarmo Peltokoski, Mao Fujita and Daniel Lozak
Classical music magazine bachtrack sums up the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen in two words: »Pure energy!« And it’s true: With its consistently lively interpretations, the orchestra causes waves of enthusiasm wherever it appears. The first two concerts of the season feature popular classics from the repertoire, including principal guest conductor Tarmo Peltokoski and exciting guest soloists from the younger generation. With long-standing principal conductor Paavo Järvi on the rostrum, the Kammerphilharmonie presents in its final concert two symphonies by Franz Schubert, a composer the orchestra is currently focussing on with promising results.
