Concert posters
They’re extremely popular merchandise items for fans of rock and pop bands: painstakingly designed concert posters hung above the living room coffee table are a delightful way of remembering a special evening. Since 2017, the Elbphilharmonie regularly commissions three Hamburg-based studios to create posters for selected concerts. A limited number of each poster is printed and every print is signed and numbered.
Neue Special Editions
The posters are available in the Elbphilharmonie Plaza Shop and online. The prints are limited editions, and many have already sold out. You can see an overview of all the designs until now in the gallery on this page.

Spiegelsaal
Spiegelsaal is a Hamburg studio for design, illustration and silk-screen printing, founded by Torsten Jahnke and Jochen Mönig. In addition to branding for musicians and festivals, they specialise in gig posters, and see these limited-edition, hand-produced silk-screen art prints as one of the few remaining possibilities for fans to enjoy their music with a lasting momento. Their motto is: »You can’t gaze lovingly at an mp3 file, you can’t hang it on the wall, and you definitely can’t embrace it«. www.spiegelsaal.net

Zum Heimathafen
Alexander Hanke works as a freelance designer in the fields of graphic design, illustration and packaging design. His love of music took him to various bands as a bass player, and he later switched from sound to visuals. Since then he has been producing posters, fliers, packaging and t-shirts for a wide variety of bands and solo artists. In 2008 he started presenting and selling his art through his own label, »Zum Heimathafen«. www.zumheimathafen.com

Grace Helly
»Make music beautiful« is the motto of Grace Helly Graphics alias Antje Schröder. She started by producing samplers for her friends with covers she designed herself, and dreamt of designing covers for her favourite bands. Then, in 2004, she became a freelance graphic designer and her dream came true. Her passion for gig posters began at the 2005 SXSW Festival in Texas, and today she produces her own silk-screen prints, and also runs the graphic design agency Kommune Art together with her colleague Katja Hübner. www.gracehellygraphics.de
