Description

The Hamburger Klimawoche (Hamburg Climate Week) is Europe’s biggest climate-communication event, serving up a diverse programme of lectures, participatory activities and cultural events. In this concert in the Elbphilharmonie Recital Hall, you can enjoy performances by the singer-songwriter Benne and the 60-strong Felix Mendelssohn Jugendorchester. It is a truly inspirational combination: last year, the Berlin-based artist released his third album »Im Großen und Ganzen« (On the Whole), which is about liminal experiences and confidence, while the Felix Mendelssohn Jugendorchester was established in 1973 and is now one of the biggest and most successful youth ensembles of its kind in Germany. Then, in a crowning finale, Benne and the orchestra perform together – a remarkable musical experience awaits you.
