The concert programme of the Elbphilharmonie and the Laeiszhalle cannot go ahead as planned due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. This event has had to be cancelled and will not be rescheduled. Ticketholders and customers participating in the order process will be informed by email.
Young, talented and fond of experiment – that decribes the eleven musicians of Salaputia Brass, who present their programmes most attractively: immaculate intonation, rhythmic perfection and a careful sound balance go without saying. The brass ensemble attaches particular importance to expanding their repertoire and to helping push new brass-band music more into the limelight of classical concerts. As the group’s creative composer and arranger, Peter Dörpinghaus shines here: he is responsible for various successful programmes, among them »Bond, Beatles and other Brits«, »Paris, Paris« and »Fire Songs«.
