With Teodor Currentzis and Patricia Kopachinskaya, two audience favourites open the Elbphilharmonie's new subscription series, which presents repertoire hits and insider tips in equal measure. Among the music is Prokofiev's colossal Revolution Cantata and a programme that interweaves Luigi Dallapiccola's impressive one-act opera »Il prigioniero« with Beethoven.

A number of dates are being duplicated, with two concerts performed twice in succession on one evening.
