Holiday Programme: Klassiko Brass Day 2026/27

Description

They may lurk at the back of the orchestra but when they join forces things can get very loud and dramatic indeed: the trumpet, trombone, tuba and company are the powerhouse behind any symphony orchestra. The brass players of the Symphoniker Hamburg have plenty to tell about their instruments on »Brass Day« – and useful tips to help you master the playing technique yourself. At the end of the event, the participants put together their own instrument from tubes, pipes and funnels, which of course they can take home with them afterwards.
