Description

Dresden and Hamburg, two cities on Germany’s most attractive river that have quite a lot in common, celebrate 30 years of twin-city status with a festive concert at the Elbphilharmonie. Moreover, the concert offers the perfect setting for the presentation of the European Förderpreis (Culture Award). The European Culture Forum has been presenting the award to promising young artists; this year the prize goes to the Felix Mendelssohn Jugendsinfonieorchester.
