Over the next few days, several wonderful concerts will be streamed directly into the living room. Tomorrow the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra will meet with cellist Gautier Capuçon and soprano Anna Prohaska (18 December), on the fourth Sunday of Advent Thomas Hengelbrock and his Baltharsar Neumann Ensembles will present Bach’s Mass in B Minor (20 December) and on Christmas Day the Ensemble Resonanz will play Bach’s Christmas Oratorio as Hausmusik with friends (25 December). New Year’s Eve will be full of joy when one can relive the acclaimed staging of Strauss‘ The Revenge of the Bat recorded in 2019 (31 December).
