To mark its tenth anniversary, the Elbphilharmonie is taking its unique »Creator in Residence« project to a new level: during the 2026/27 season, three content creators will be showcasing the venue from different perspectives, taking their digital audiences along on this journey of discovery: Clare Yeo, a pianist from Singapore who trained at the renowned Juilliard School in New York and is known online as @classicallyclare; New York-based content creator Lovie (@lovie.world); and Rickie Ho (@maisonrickie), who lives in Canada.
Throughout the season, the three creators will each offer their own unique perspective on the Elbphilharmonie and its anniversary season – from the venue’s iconic architecture to the Reflektor Festival featuring Rhiannon Giddens, right through to the music of Ludwig van Beethoven.

Clare Yeo
Clare Yeo (@classicallyclare) combines the worlds of literature and classical music on her channels. Although she has only been active as a content creator for just over a year, she already has around 300,000 followers who enjoy her videos on literature and music. Her aim is to bring as many people together as possible and to create opportunities to discuss cultural topics – one example is her book club channel »Study Hall«
During the anniversary season, she is focusing in particular on two key programme themes: Ludwig van Beethoven, the 200th anniversary of whose death falls in 2027, and the titan Prometheus, who inspired many composers. As part of the Elbphilharmonie Visions festival, which is dedicated to 21st-century orchestral music, she is also exploring the question: »Why is it worth discovering modern music?«
Lovie
Music curator and content creator Lovie (@lovie.world) isn’t into classical music: her heart beats for disco and funk, for R&B, jazz and house. She was named one of the »Top 25 Breakthrough DJs of 2024« by the specialist magazine Mixmag. Every Tuesday, on her show ‘summer school radio’, she presents her latest musical discoveries – covering everything from ambient and spoken word to jazz, soul and R&B. Elephant Magazine has dubbed her a ‘Connaisseur of Sound’.
Online in particular, she has built up a loyal community thanks to her charisma and her personal approach to discovering and sharing music. Lovie wants to “create a little corner of the internet – a place for music history, songs we share with one another, practical how-to guides. And above all, a place where we can reflect together on what a loving culture of music-sharing might look like.”
During the anniversary season, she is contributing to the Elbphilharmonie’s special programmes on John and Alice Coltrane and Julius Eastman, as well as the Reflektor Festival featuring Rhiannon Giddens.
Rickie Ho

In his videos, he questions the seemingly obvious and brings to light the social codes that shape our everyday lives.
In the coming season, Ho turns his attention to the Elbphilharmonie as a 21st-century concert hall: What does an open, modern venue say about our society and our approach to culture? Why do some people dress up in a certain way for classical concerts – and why is there no dress code at the Elbphilharmonie? How does a building like the Elbphilharmonie influence our mood, before a single note has even been played on stage?
