It's the weekend – come to Tea in the splendid Brahms-Foyer of the Laeiszhalle! On six Saturday afternoons of the season we offer a menu of musical delicacies. The young ladies and gentlemen serving these musical treats are young musicians, every one of them a prizewinner, who are at the beginning of a professional career and will demonstrate their talent and youthful enthusiasm.

As a culinary overture to a Chopin piano recital or string quartet we will of course serve tea along with other specialties. Our aim is to provide pleasure with recreation, an informal get-together of artists and public, in short, that particular ambience of musical salons that were at the heart of cultural life at the time the Laeiszhalle was built.
