Elfi
Classical music has a special fascination for infants. The ideal balance of warm string sounds at a comfortable speed and volume has a beneficial effect on babies. But during these turbulent years with toddlers parents need the chance for relaxation too. What better way to achieve this than with classical music?
The Elbphilharmonie presents »Elfi«, a series for parents and expectant parents, small children and babies. The concerts take place in the afternoons, last about 45 minutes and are presented informally with the Ensemble Resonanz. And since we know that getting anywhere with small children is usually the most difficult part at this time, »Elfi« will be brought to you, presented in different inner city districts of Hamburg.
There will be enough room to park prams, space for toddlers and babies to move around and baby-changing facilities.
